Fiorenzato F83 Features

83mm Titanium Coated Burrs

The F83 burrs are made of M340 steel, a material created as a food-grade application. They are 83mm in diameter, with titanium coating - to ensure a long life. These burrs can grind up to 1400 kg of coffee before needing to be replaced. Thanks to the geometry, and the inclinations specifically designed by the R&D team for Fiorenzato, each type of grinding expresses the maximum performance and aroma.

Digital Touch Controls

The F83 features a digital CapSense technology that allows you to set the coffee dose and grinder settings with minimal effort.

Rotating Ring Nut

Soft to the touch, easy to turn and precise as a bezel watch divided into 3 areas: Espresso, Moka Pot and Filter. At the end of each stroke, the easy to open button is activated, which allows you to open and quickly clean the grinding chamber.

The Protagonist is the detachable grinder chamber!

Easy access to the grinding Chamber, simply flip up the 2 clips situated on either side of the grinder. This innovation simplifies and speeds up maintenance operations of the machine. It’s easy to carry out periodic cleaning, replace burrs, remove foreign objects that can lead to the engine blocking. Once detached, the chamber housing the anti clumping blade can also be removed in order to clean out the grinder spout.

This operation will not modify the grinding point setting in any way.The detachable grinding chamber also ensures up to 50% reduction of coffee retention compared to existing models.
