30-DAY RETURNSStandard Returns: Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our facility (located in Austin, Texas), along with any associated costs that may be incurred.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Canceled orders above $300 are subject to a 4% convenience fee. This covers card processing fees. Orders that have been dispatched are subject to our Standard Return provisions, excluding special orders. Special Orders cannot be cancelled.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: WE’LL MAKE IT RIGHT - BUT PLEASE LET US KNOW WITHIN 3 DAYS.
So please inspect your order prior to signing for your package. Note any damage on the package with the carrier and call or email us to report any damage immediately. All damage claims must be started within 3 days of receipt. Retain all original packaging, including labels for inspection by carrier.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BaristaEquip provides its products to any customer participating in this offer through the below terms and conditions:
- This offer applies to new customers only and is available on the first purchase of an appliance. Offer does not transfer to product changes or upgrades post-sale.
- All original packaging, including brown shipping carton must be retained to be eligible for this complete offer (i.e. as the product arrived on your doorstep it must be returned to us for 100% refund).
- BaristaEquip will not provide additional packaging for lost or damaged original packaging, if original packaging has been discarded customer must supply adequate packaging to safely return the appliance.
- Any product returned without original packaging can still be accepted however postage costs to and from customer cannot be refunded, only the product purchase price (no shipping) cost less the return cost of $19 will be refunded.
- The product should be reasonably clean and free of any scuffs or marks.
- There should be no damage present to the machine, internal or external.
- On return the appliance must operate in the same manner as intended and not have been opened and/or modified in any way from its original specification unless notified previously.
- Any machine that is customer-damaged cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
- Any product returned in unsuitable condition will incur costs of $19 freight to be returned to the customer, this is payable before the product is returned and no refund will be given.
- Any appliance returned under this guarantee should be returned, in full, with no missing parts.
- Appliances returned with missing parts or accessories will have the part replaced with a brand new one and the full retail value of the item as indicated on the BaristaEquip Website(s) deducted from the refund amount.
- BaristaEquip cannot accept any missing parts returned separately if they have been forgotten, regardless of whether or not the customer offers to pay the postage for the missing part returns are only processed once receipted and cannot be revisited.
- Collection by courier is unable to be arranged from customer’s location; if customers require this service it will be entirely at their own cost using their own provider.
- This guarantee is not transferable beyond the exceptions listed within the California State – Returns and refunds requirements to clearly post our refund policy to which we offer a for Roasters a full cash refund in extention to the standard seven days of the purchase date.
- This guarantee does not imply, intend to or detract any general consumer rights listed in and able to be enforced from the state of California and ensures that you may return your product for a full refund within the standard seven days from purchase, any condition which is found to be in breach of the consumer law, the single condition shall be void only and all other conditions remain in place.
- By taking up BaristaEquip`s offer and purchasing a product covered by this guarantee the customer automatically agrees to their rights and obligations if desiring to claim under this guarantee.
- You may request a refund for any reason during your first 30 days from purchase.
- Moneyback offer is only available once per person, household, email address, payment method or IP address.
- You are not eligible if you have been accepted as a Roaster member previously.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
BaristaEquip is proud to deliver top-quality products at your doorstep within the estimated time. We ship the ordered products with utmost care through reputed logistic companies which assure our customers the confidence and ease to repurchase our products.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
We will send you a confirmation once you have placed an order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a Link to check the status.
Shipping
We ship the orders within 3-5 business days. After shipment of the order, the product will be delivered within 3-7 business days varying upon its location. We are not obliged to deliver goods, which are out of stock.
Shipping Mode
We have a tie up with the leading logistic service providers like Fedex, Ecom Express, Delhivery & Aramex.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for all orders above $15. In case of returns, which are not caused by us, shipping you a wrong product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Payment Modes
We accept all major debit, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Amex) & our new Klarna payment gateway. We currently do not offer COD option at our Store; but would certainly provide this in the near future.
Cancel my Order
Please send us an email to orders@baristaequip.com within 4 hours after placing your order. It may be possible to cancel your order during processing but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Please visit 30 Day Money back guarantee page.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our Logistics providers will make maximum two attempts to deliver your item, post these attempts the package will be returned to our Warehouse. Please provide the complete address including postal code and a mobile number. This will help us deliver the item on time and accurately. The customers will be liable to pay the shipping charges for the non-delivered items.
