• Cool Touch Wands - This technology significantly reduces the temperature of the wands during the steaming process. This reduces the time it takes to clean the wand and eliminates a safety hazard for baristas.
• Soft Infusion System - Reduces extraction pressure at the beginning of the shot, reducing channeling in the puck and improving quality in the cup.
• Push Pull Steam Handles - Ergonomic handles that make steaming a breeze.
• Raised group heads - Makes it easy to pull shots into large take-away cups.
• Group head lights - LEDs under the group heads make it easier for baristas to see what they're doing.
• Auto-flushing group heads - automatically discharges the exact amount of hot water needed to flush the head once the portafilter is removed after a shot.
