Introducing the Delter Coffee Press. The first coffee maker designed from the ground up to solve one of the biggest brewing challenges - uncontrolled agitation. The result? A more delicious coffee every morning, with less bitterness, and more clarity.
How is it different?
Other coffee makers usually require pouring hot water over coffee grounds to agitate the coffee and start extraction. This process is widely known as "Immersion Brewing".
The problem with this method is that coffee grounds become randomly agitated, stirred, mixed and suspended into a completely uncontrolled system that means brewing extraction cannot be consistent.
Our solution? Infusion!
Our unique Jet-Seal separates the brew water and coffee – stopping unwanted agitation and offering next-level brewing possibilities. The Delter Coffee Press is the first coffee maker to use a process we call "Injection Brewing", a completely new brew method we developed after countless hours of experiments. This works by infusing hot water into the coffee grounds under pressure, for improved control and consistency.

Brewing with Delter.
To brew with the Delter Coffee Press, you only need freshly roasted beans, water just off the boil, and a grinder.
The plunger can be raised to dose to the exact brew water required. Water and coffee contact is activated by downward pressure, for controlled water flow and agitation.
You can raise the plunger again to re-dose, or refill the brew chamber for larger double batch servings. The result is an exceptional cup of coffee, that can be brewed faster, with less bitterness, and more clarity.
After purchase, you will receive a link you can use to book time with our technical team. This time is most frequently used to review your install preparation, to have time reserved in case your installer has any questions while putting equipment into service, and general questions about how to be successful using the equipment.
Our expert team is here to support you if you run into any surprises when operating your equipment. This ranges from general barista questions to helping you debug any issues you encounter with the equipment. Our clients find this service invaluable as it helps them avoid expensive technician bills when the issue they were facing was surprisingly simple to solve.
