The Mahlkönig E80W Grind-by-Sync (GbS) espresso grinder replaces the E80S Grind-by-Weight (GbW) and retains full Grind-by-Weight functionality with added features for improved control.

While the GbS name highlights its ability to pair with compatible La Marzocco machines (AV or ABR configurations) for dynamic burr adjustments based on target extraction time, it works as a standard Grind-by-Weight grinder with any espresso machine. This ensures precise dosing and versatility across all setups.

The E80W GbS includes cloud-enabled connectivity and an intelligent algorithm for automated burr adjustments. Baristas can adjust settings manually or use the grinder's syncing capability for consistent results with minimal effort.
